As modern corporate managment takes control over what was once supervised by experineced old timers, centuries of knowledge and experience are leaving the railroad every day.Will the corporate boardroom be able to maintain control over the rail legacy of this nation or will it digress to the level portrayed in Rands , "Atlas Shrugged"?
Will the shear volume of new rules choke the railroad to a stand-still? Are all the new rules really saving lives, or just insuring the jobs of MBA's and bureacrats who couldn't couple two cars together if their lives depended on it?
